The leader selected to fill this role will be expected to:
Work the shift of 1:45pm - 10:15pm Tuesday - Saturday (Saturday hours are 12:45pm - 9:15pm)
Supervise customer experience Experts’ daily activities to ensure critical metrics/standards are met
Motivate, coach and reward Expertsin areas such as: Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Resolution, Adherence, Attendance and other Key Performance Indicators
Execute performance management process for team by preparing and delivering monthly and annual performance reviews
Address performance concerns in a timely manner by following the disciplinary process which will include writing and delivering corrective actions and recommending employee separations
Conduct regular 1:1's with employees to set and reinforce expectations, coach, develop, motivate and maintain relationships of trust and cooperation
Review Quality Assurance data to evaluate performance, analyze trends and provide constructive feedback
Conducts monthly team meetings to deliver key communications and build team spirit and provide recognition
Supports the hiring and training process by conducting interviews and making recommendations for hire
Develops and leads an effective team that proactively retains StubHub customers
Other duties as assigned
Must have 2 year tenure as a Supervisor with direct reports.
Must have an unrelenting passion for providing great customer service, and imparting that passion on others
Must be able to deal with ambiguity - effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably
Provide current, direct, complete and actionable positive and constructive feedback to others
Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and pushes other for results

Must have excellent communication skills
