Lockheed Martin Multi-Functional Financial Analyst Senior in Hill Afb, Utah

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Financial Analyst Senior at Hill Air Force Base in Utah and reporting to Business Operations Manager in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities: • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) and Compliance • Budgeting, measuring, reporting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract cost and program staffing. • Responsible for assisting in the preparation and support of program reviews, proposals, customer presentations, and contract deliverables. • Position requires strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Evaluate, monitor and implement policies, methods, and operating practices • Ability to work independently, in a team environment and with various organization levels. • Invoicing, funding requirements, ECP/Proposals, presentations, tracking and reporting status of action items/Business Rhythms, preparing Program Directives, preparation and analysis of earned value metrics, subcontract costs, staffing, variance analysis, and ad hoc requests. • Supports the development and integration of the program monthly forecast (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, balance sheet, input cost, etc.).

This person must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks at one time & meet deadlines. Proactive and organized nature.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with all organizational levels, including internal/external management.

• Advance MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to support occasion travel.

Desired skills • Experience working all aspects of finance on small to large programs • Experience with Earned Value Management with ANSI-748 Implementation and Compliance and working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and USAF financial management policies and procedures • Prior customer and audit experience (IBRs, DCMA, JSRs, DCAA, etc.) • Experience with multiple contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Reimbursable) • Experience with CFSR, CSR, and IPMR • COBRA proficiency and experience, Hyperion experience • Experience with Cobra, SAP, ADR, Winsight, eWAD, and eVAR • Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proactive. • Knowledge of IMS schedule concepts and mechanics a plus • Ability to work well with and provide strong support to engineering CAMs and Program Manager
