CHG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Project Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the division by ensuring exceptional implementation and outstanding post-deployment support for large project/product implementations. The Implementation Analyst is the technical support resource for project and product implementations enterprise-wide.

  • Support pre and post-project implementation activities

  • Become a subject matter expert on product & business process to effectively support the implementation

  • Provide post go-live support for project implementations, which includes walking the floor to support users who have questions or experiencing issues, answering phone calls/emails/support tickets to answer questions and/or address issues

  • Perform technical project support by analyzing data, systems, and applications

  • Assist in communicating project rollout activities across the enterprise

  • Support the development of project rollout strategies

  • Assist in UAT processes in an effort to evaluate & prepare for business process readiness

  • Interact with business end-users in all phases of support activities

  • Develop and support “train the trainer” activities; assisting with related project rollout tasks including creation of training documentation/user guides

  • Track issues by severity and frequency of occurrence to help determine priorities

  • Research issues looking for root cause

  • Resolve issues discovered during project implementation & rollout

  • Assist in data cleanup/data enrichment activities throughout project implementation

  • Develop and support data integration monitoring process for project implementation

  • Monitor systems and integration points for failures/potential failures that could impact user experience or operational efficiencies

  • Assist in the development of project benefit realization and tracking processes based on identified project success metrics

  • Track project metrics post go-live

  • Assists in the creating of adoption monitoring tools & capabilities, monitors adoption/usage and reports back to business leaders as necessary

  • Coordinate and partner with project teams in developing business process maps

  • Compile information and collaborate with others on actionable feedback

  • Assist in the facilitation of change management during the implementation of new products

  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Experience analyzing systems or data to find trends and behaviors

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field

  • 3+ years of work experience in project implementation analysis or similar role

  • Experience in working with waterfall and agile methodologies

  • SQL development
