We are searching for a Senior System Administrator to join our government project. Interested personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at government facilities as required by task or by Government Program Manager.

The Senior System Administrator performs a variety of routine project tasks.

Tasks involve:

  • Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections

  • Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.

  • Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.

  • Provides end user training.

  • Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision.

  • Required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.

  • Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications.

  • Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance.

  • Performs vulnerability management

Experience required:

  • 3 years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing; specialized in disciplines of hardware/software solutions, installing, configuring and maintaining various software

  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check with Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission

  • Computer environment certification. One of the following:

  • MCSA WS2012

  • MCSE WS2012

  • M2008 NET

  • MCSE: WS2012

  • M2012 NET

  • MCM: Windows Server 2008: Directory
