What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage a small group of support specialist and applications engineers

  • Hire new team members, plan and coordinate team priorities, and general management of the team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer support inquiries and problems

  • Inquiries may include: hardware and software questions, product functionality issues, applications deployment, integration issues and technical problems.

  • Receive and manage cases escalated from Support Specialists that require additional skills/abilities to resolve.

  • Utilize and execute knowledge of products and procedures to investigate, diagnose, assign and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Implement management policies and operation practices

What You Need for this Position
