Job responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting
Month-end accounting close including ownership of primary revenue and expense accruals as well as the reconciliation of all divisional balance sheet accounts
Monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and executive presentations
Weekly P&L projections and executive reporting
Support divisional leadership by maintaining key performance metrics, conducting financial analysis and supporting pricing processes
Financial analysis and case studies (routine and ad hoc) to identify operational trends and aid in the maximization of company revenue and/or profit
Provide constructive coaching and counseling to associates
Actively support the development and training of associates
Special projects as directed by upper management
Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA, CMA and/or MBA are preferred
4+ years of progressive financial management experience
Qualified candidates will have a thorough understanding of budgeting and forecasting methodologies
An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and grooming direct reports
Must be highly analytical by nature
Advanced organizational skills
Strong time-management skills
Advanced Excel and data mining skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
