Job responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting

  • Month-end accounting close including ownership of primary revenue and expense accruals as well as the reconciliation of all divisional balance sheet accounts

  • Monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and executive presentations

  • Weekly P&L projections and executive reporting

  • Support divisional leadership by maintaining key performance metrics, conducting financial analysis and supporting pricing processes

  • Financial analysis and case studies (routine and ad hoc) to identify operational trends and aid in the maximization of company revenue and/or profit

  • Provide constructive coaching and counseling to associates

  • Actively support the development and training of associates

  • Special projects as directed by upper management

Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • CPA, CMA and/or MBA are preferred

  • 4+ years of progressive financial management experience

  • Qualified candidates will have a thorough understanding of budgeting and forecasting methodologies

  • An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and grooming direct reports

  • Must be highly analytical by nature

  • Advanced organizational skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Strong time-management skills
