Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated postdoctoral scientist for preclinical translational investigations to study the role of small GTPases in tumor progression and metastasis. This position affords the opportunity to work in a vibrant and highly collaborative community at theHCI. In addition, postdoctoral scientists will be mentored in gross and histomorphologic phenotyping of in vivo models and in conducting studies with patient tissue samples. Dr. Grossmann is a molecular and surgical pathologist atARUPLaboratories and an investigator at theHCI.


Minimum Qualifications

Candidate should have a PhD in biology or related field. Knowledge or skill with routine cell culture, molecular biology and biochemical methods, and statistical analysis that is fundamental to a cancer research lab are required. Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated; capable of producing high-quality, reproducible results with appropriate controls; and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
